Accessibility statement
Our commitment
TrustWise Care LLC is committed to ensuring that our website, trustwisecare.com, is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Many of the families we serve include older adults and people who rely on assistive technology, and we want this site to work well for every one of them. We take this commitment seriously as part of our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable federal and Florida law.
Standards we follow
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our benchmark. This site is designed and maintained to meet WCAG 2.1, Level AA — the standard most widely referenced under the ADA — and we build toward the current WCAG 2.2, Level AA as we update the site.
Conformance status
We assess this website as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and some portions may not yet fully conform. We review the site on an ongoing basis and remediate issues as we find them or as they are reported to us. Accessibility measures built into this site include:
- Semantic headings and landmark regions on every page
- A “skip to main content” link for keyboard users
- Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Labels and clear error messages on every form field
- Color contrast designed to meet or exceed AA ratios
- Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled for visitors whose devices request reduced motion
- Responsive design that supports text resizing and zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function
Compatibility
This site is built to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. Some third-party content or services linked from this site may not fully conform to the same standards; we choose vendors with accessibility in mind wherever possible.
How we assess this site
We evaluate accessibility through self-assessment, including automated accessibility testing tools, manual keyboard-only navigation checks, and screen-reader review. Accessibility is considered whenever new pages or features are added.

Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever the site changes in a significant way. We welcome your feedback — it makes the site better for every family that visits it.
