24-Hour Home Care
Around-the-clock coverage in shifts so someone is always awake and aware. For clients who need eyes on them at every hour — and a family that needs to sleep.

When a loved one can't safely be left alone — even for a few hours — 24-hour care covers every minute of every day. We refer rotating teams of CNAs and HHAs so that one caregiver is always awake, alert, and present. Unlike live-in care (one caregiver, scheduled sleep), 24-hour care guarantees an awake person on duty around the clock.
What's included
- Rotating shifts of awake, alert caregivers — typically two or three caregivers per 24-hour period
- Continuous monitoring for safety, fall risk, and changes in condition
- All standard personal care, companion, and homemaker tasks during every shift
- Overnight toileting, repositioning, and reassurance for clients who wake disoriented
- Shift-change handoff notes so each caregiver arrives informed
- Coordination with family, physicians, and home health agencies when applicable
Special Needs Registry: If you or your loved one has a medical condition or disability that may require assistance during a hurricane or emergency, we will help you register with the Volusia County Special Needs Registry.
