Florida nurse registry disclosure
TrustWise Care is a Florida nurse registry (F.S. 400.506). Caregivers we refer are independent contractors, not employees of the registry. Under Florida law (F.S. 400.506), the nurse registry is not obligated to monitor, manage, or supervise the day-to-day services of independent contractors. All caregivers we refer are credentialed, Level 2 background-screened, communicable-disease cleared, and CPR-certified before any referral is made.
