The Orlando Metro: Where We're Headed Next
TrustWise Care is licensed for Volusia and Flagler counties. We're preparing to extend the registry to the Orlando metro; until that license is issued, we refer caregivers only inside our licensed area.
TrustWise Care is a locally owned Florida nurse registry licensed by AHCA (#30213194) and headquartered in Daytona Beach. Today we refer Level 2-screened CNAs and Home Health Aides in our two licensed counties, Volusia and Flagler. The greater Orlando metro — Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties — is on our expansion list and requires its own registry license, which we are working toward. We do not refer caregivers there yet.

Will the rate be the same in the Orlando metro?
That is the plan: the same flat $34 per hour for standard personal care, companion and homemaker services, with no surcharges for evenings, weekends or holidays and no minimum visit. Nothing is offered or billed there until the license is issued.
